Good, consistent quality

This was my third purchase from Snapmaker, this time I went for the 40W Laser Power Module. As usual, the shipping was pretty quick, took about 4 days to reach me in California. It integrated perfectly with my Snapmaker 2.0 A350T, no issues at all. Their products are always reliable, which is why I keep coming back. They're actually surprisingly easy. The instructions are clear and it's mostly just screwing modules together. Took me a couple of hours for my 2.0 A350T.

Returns were pretty easy for me when I got an extra module. Just follow their process on the site, I think it's 14 or 30 days.

I had to return a faulty part once, and their customer service was helpful. The main thing is making sure you're within their return window, usually 15 or 30 days from delivery for major items, and you gotta pay for shipping it back sometimes.

Is the Artisan worth it compared to some other brands like Prusa or even Bambu Lab? The 3-in-1 thing is cool but I mainly want a good 3D printer.

If you're only into 3D printing, a dedicated printer might be better value. The Artisan is awesome for the multi-tool stuff, but for just printing, Prusa or Bambu are more focused.

I have an Artisan and love it, but yeah, if you only care about 3D printing, a Prusa might give you slightly better print quality out of the box for pure FDM. The Snapmaker's strength is its versatility.
